TRANSPLANTE DE ÓRGANOS DE RECIÉN NACIDO
Se ha llevado a cabo en el Reino Unido el primer trasplante de órganos de un recién nacido fallecido a los 6 dias de nacer. Se le extrajeron los riñones y parte del hígado (British Medical Journal 2015; 350: h348).
